industries including banking, FMCG, telecommunications, oil and gas, and
the public sector. As a former Manager in Technology Consulting at KPMG
Nigeria and ex-Deloitte Consultant, she has led high impact ERP programs,
multi country digital rollouts, and large-scale process improvement initiatives
that directly shape operational excellence and technology adoption across
the continent. With a background that blends business strategy, technology
delivery, and human centered change, Ayamba focuses on one mission:
ensuring that technology investments deliver real, measurable value. She
holds a master’s degree from Hult International Business School in San
Francisco and continues to mentor emerging leaders across Africa on digital
readiness and career transformation.

Temitope Adekunle is a customer experience strategist and transformational speaker with over 13 years of experience across retail banking, investment banking, technology, and customer experience leadership.
She currently serves as Head of Customer Experience at First Asset Management leading people-centered strategies that enhance brand perception, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
Temitope has held key roles at First City Monument Bank (FCMB) and global tech support company Tek Experts, specializing in quality assurance, contact center operations, CRM optimization, and CX strategy.

With deep expertise in software testing, test automation, quality assurance processes, CI/CD integration, and team leadership, Opeyemi has hands-on experience with a wide range of testing tools and methodologies. She is committed to fostering a culture of quality, mentoring QA engineers, and driving best practices that ensure reliable, user-centric software solutions. Chibuzor Obilom is a Software Quality leader with over 13 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance across fintech, regtech, edtech, healthtech, and enterprise solutions. He has worked with major fintech companies including NIBSS, Flutterwave, and M-KOPA, testing critical national and cross-border applications such as NIP, BVN, GSI, and VerifyNow, etc.
He certified Nigeria’s first Android POS and tested the Biometric Authentication API for interbank ATM and POS transactions. His expertise has supported financial institutions, government agencies, and businesses in building reliable and secure software products.
Chibuzor’s work extends beyond Nigeria, as his software testing expertise has been executed on products used in Ghana, Cameroon, Kenya, Zambia, Uganda, Ethiopia, Egypt, and South Africa. He shares his knowledge through consulting and mentoring, helping QA professionals and startups refine their testing processes.
